Wednesday night Bible study became the foundation from which our congregation was born. We grew from 6 people to thirty in three weeks. We were meeting at the local Christian cafe and completed a study of the Beatitudes and then began studying the book “Knowledge of The Holy” by A.W.Tozer. As we outgrew the space, the Glover’s graciously opened their home to the group each Wednesday night.
On February 22, 2015 the first service of what was soon to become St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, was graciously held at Bob and Alyson Dickson’s home. We had thirty eight (38) people in attendance and our Anglican Newfoundland (Rowan Dickson). We decided on Shrove Tuesday to have a Sunday service and with the guidance of the Holy Spirit it came to pass on the first Sunday of Lent.
Today we meet at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church with Fr. Seth Brooker as our rector. We continue to encourage our parishioners to daily engage the Word of God and meet regularly for fellowship. Our worship is led by John Zimmerman and Huston Prescott is our Warden.
We look forward to seeing you at one of our services soon. God Bless!
